        KSC has develop a rebranding customer to bring new excitement to its brand. Previous research found were customer loyalty programme to create new environment concept leading to a more enjoy shopping environment to getting more point from it's different market branch. Each customer getting points were given opputunity to win a prize grocery shopping and a lot of rewards that are coming to attract more people to serve a broader community.

TERM & CONDITIONS

1. KSC e-Membership is not a credit card and charge card.

2. KSC E-Membership only provides digital cards/e-Cards not physical cards.

3. KSC e-Membership is valid at all KSC Outlets.

4. KSC e-Membership is open to all citizens of Malaysia and non-residents aged 16 years old and above with a valid MyKad or Passport.

5. Members are eligible to apply only one (1) KSC e-Membership.

6. The registration fee for the KSC e-Membership is Ten Ringgit Malaysia (RM 10) and the renewal fee per year is Ten Ringgit Malaysia (RM 10).

7. The validity of the KSC e-Membership is for a period for twelve (12) calendar months from the month membership issued and will expire immediately thereafter. Members are encouraged to renew their KSC e-Membership in advance of three (3) months before expiry via www.kscretails.com or at any KSC outlets to avoid any usage interruption and inconvenience due to card failure.

8. Member must present the digital card/e-Card via handphone of KSC e-Membership to cashier or provide cashier the registered telephone number linked to the e-Membership before every transaction checkout to ensure their spending amount is recorded and accumulated. Failure to comply means Member accepted that the spent amount will not be recorded and accumulated for rebates or points calculation.

9. One (1) member point will be awarded for Every Thirty Ringgit Malaysia (RM 30) spent in all KSC outlets and KSC Online.

10. Members with sufficient member points are allowed to make redemption on member points collected. All redemption must be made by the principal of the KSC e-Membership. The Member shall present his/her card and national identity card (NRIC) for any Rewards redemption. Member who has redeemed his/her points for any rewards is not eligible for refunds or cancellations.

11. Employees, staff, and promoters of the Company are prohibited from using their KSC e-Membership when on duty and anytime on any customer purchases.

12. Member points will be automatic forfeited and terminated if no perchase within six (6) month or your KSC e-Membership is expired.

13. Member points will expire in six (6) months from the months of the points being accumulated. If the Member fails to redeem his/her points before six (6) month, the earned shall be forfeited.

14. Members will be able to check their Member points balance by linking their KSC e-Membership to www.kscretails.com or check their Member points at any KSC outlets customer service counters.

15. KSC reserves the right to utilise the database information for other purpose pertaining to the business activities.

16. Members are strictly prohibited from publicly sharing their member cards on social media platforms for point accumulation and member pricing purposes.

17. KSC reserves the right to adjust the points or requirement, as well as substitute or replace items with items of an approximately equivalent value without prior notice.

18. In the event of any dispute or points discrepancy, the decision of the company is final.
